Ok, I know that there are a LOT of items, but since the update, prices changed a lot, and i'm lost. Thanks in advance for your help.

I sold my hammer fortitude upgrade for the same price listed in the upgrade thread. Though, I'm quite sure I was lucky, and you'll only be able to sell it for 5-10k less (which I had to do with my sundering axe haft -_-)
