Sorry no pic, but I found this recently and am curious what it's worth (and yeah, I know the high req hurts):

fiery (gold) butterfly sword of fortitude
15-22 fire damage
dmg +15% > 50% hp
+27hp (always)
req. 12 swordsmanship
