Guild Hall

I dont know wheither this has been covered or not, but how do you get a guild hall?

Use the search feature.

But I'll humor you. Get a Celestial Sigil from the Hall of Heros (not an easy task) and talk to the Captian on the ship at Lions Arch. He'll show you the Guild Halls and let you trade a Sigil for one.

This can only be done if you have a Guild and a Cape already.
