i dont really no on the chaos axe but i do no that the 16% while below 50% is gonna kill the value

I know a cleaver with the same req fully modded and 15>50 goes for 100k so that 60-80k mayb? chaos axe isnt worth much.

cleaver ~60 maybe cause of the perf mods (people dont really like enchanted)

chaos better of salvaging for 1 of the mods imo
