Pc On Near Perfect Tall Shield..plz!!

Hey. I was wonderin the value of this shield. I've alrdy gotten a pc in-game by a friend, and want to know some other opinions before i begin to sell on forum. Ty in advance for all your help.Well, here it is:

Gold Tall Shield(required 8 tactics)
Hp +29(always)
dmg -2(6%)

Im not sure it would sell much more then +29 self alone since people would want -3 in percent and obviously 10%. I would still say maybe 100k.

I'd aim for 90-110k.

I donno, there is another one being sold right now its +28 -3 9% and only req 9 and its only up to 70k.

I dunno, I sell 16/8 +29 always at 80k. Factor in tall shield skin and -3(6%) would easily add 10-30k imo.
