Max armor, 11 tacics req, +30/-2 in stance. What can I get for it?
I ID'd it and was mad that I got +30 instead of +45, so I sold it to a guildy for 13k (like a month ago...), and now I read a topic stating what perfect shield mods are.

I don't think it'd be worth very much simply because:
1) Green / collector shields are 45/-2 stance.
2) Shield of the Wing is not a rare skin.
3) Req 11 tactics is pretty high for a shield.
