Picked this up earlier and cant find a check for it. Any help would be greatly received.

Damage +13% (While health is above 50%)
Life Stealing 4
Health Regeneration -1
Armor +5

Req is high at 12...Armor Grip is worth 3K & Vampiric Haft is worth 1K.

If someone would give you 3K for it I would take it.

If the +13% was +15% then 10 - 15K...
