O and it has no req yha thats right none

uhh? show me this in game it doesnt make any sense

a ghostly staff which for the most part is only in UW shouldnt have no req and 6-10 dmg especially with a 10 energy always...

my ign is arbiter terris

if its no req it would be pretty good for running or trapping or something

i just checked this in game, It really does have 10 energy always with a 6-10 no req dmg mod.... and the 10 energy is not including the insightful part. very weird staff.

A +4 Insightful is purple at least, and the enchant the same.

Doesn't matter if he did or not. It dropped that low in the uw level 20+ monsters shouldn't drop that, with a perfect +10 energy since when the damage is that low, it should be around 4 energy.

ok seeing as some dont get it here's the deal with the staff. i found it in fow back just befor the update the put reqs and that fixed the dmg the of the staff's.The staffs that had no reqs were the,raven,ghostly staffs. it is now at lest for the most part the only 1 left. for its time the dmg is the norm you can go to gw home and look for your self it dose not tell about the reqs but it dose tell about the dmg its from june wednesday the 15. i got the staff just befor that.that is why i say its almost the only 1 left.for all i no it is the only 1 left. you can ask most players from that time and thay sould remember that some staff had no reqs.
