I think there might be an axe called a "dual axe" or something like that, but the icon is photoshopped me thinks. If it were actually that icon, and actually was a couple axes, it'd say "dual axes" me thinks.

Put on my sickle, took off the shield, used heal signet, Took a screencap while in battle position.
Rotated character approximately 30 degrees clockwise to get the axe at the proper angle for the left hand (without moving camera). Took another screencap.
polygon lasso tool, paste, some brush work to adjust the lighting on the superimposed object.
Nicely done, though.
