Alright, I've searched the forums. I can't seem to find a real answer on this subject. So here are my questions.

Can you tame a bear? If Yes, how and when do you charm them? PreSearing? PostSearing? I understand they have the "Break Charm". But I understand people still charm them? How? Do you need to distract them? Have a certain level of Beast Mastery?

Can someone help me understand this more?

Bears are easily charmable post-searing in the Shiverpeak Mountains. Charm animal with 0 beast mastery should do it
