I was wondering where the collector who gives a long sword that looks like a crystalline is? Thanks!

there is one from the NPC to the left of devona, his second quest will give you the sue-crystalin

Its Pitney, located next to devona. He gives the long sword as a quest reward for finding his dead moa bird in the catacombs, after you do the work queen quest. theres also a crystaline looking long sword in post, i believe its a quest reward from piken square.

dose anyone now what quest/mission it is in piken that gives it to you?

also is this the version with these stats? if not were do i find it?
