Last PC on here was with a 20% enchant on it and that was 325k, so you're looking at 275-300k.

I'd say around 225K is a good target right now, but if you get someone desperate, I think you can get 250K+ pretty easily.

i think 225k is low, sicne last one sold 325k, can any confirm please?
