Ok, so this is kinda stupid and noobish, but oh well... I'll just have to get over the embarrasment:

Are there staff upgrades to skill lines of melee characters? Specifically, is there a +1 to beast mastery (20% chance)? Yes, I'm dreaming of a weird pet build, I know.

No there is no staff mod that gives +1 to beast mastery

nope, but just like hexing, I believe it should be implemented. Take this to Sardilac Sanitarium, and post it as an idea.
