tall shield +29 always -2 chance

thx in advance i know it's 6 and 29 but it seems +hp always and -dmg chance are so rare so i was wondering :x

I can't pc this, but I do have an interest in it. Once you get a pc and you think about selling it. Give me a shout.

seeing how dmg-3(%chance) is max and not even max%... that shield's somewhere around 50-75k... i really cant see i selling for more
