for the ones that dont really like the (hexed) thing. In PvP/HoH your
often dealing with necros and mesmes that just use hexes. Not saying
they all do, But i have a hard time believing its not so popular.

(while enchented) they often strip enchantments
(in stance) only warriors and some rangers really use that a lot
