I have a gem here and I am wondering what to do with her...and wondering what she is worth. I got an offer on it and was wondering if I should take it or not!

Here are the stats:

Vampiric Wingblade of Defense (req 8)
15% Always
-5 Energy
3/1 Life Stealing
+5 Armor

Can someone give me a quick PC on this sword? Thanks!

ANOTHER QUICK QUESTION: If I do not sell it should I just say f'it and customize it for the extra 20%

Nooo...don't get rid of your best sword...

I would say it's worth around 100K, and possible a bit more.
