Price checks on items sitting in storage

Most of these items have been sitting in storage for quite a while and I have not a clue as to their value.

1. Heavy Warhammer of Warding (Hammer req. 13)--Due to the req, my hopes are not high for this one

2. War Hammer of Shelter (Hammer req. 10)

I've never seen this weapon skin before. It looks like a hammer haft with a metal vertical square attatched. I can't show you what it looks like since I have no way of editing/uploading an image.
