I cant comunicate withe TEAM chat

Ok this is the problem I can whisper anybody,use the "trade" and "all" channel,guild as well but I can not comunicate thru the "TEAM" chat while on a party with other players.
Anybody knows what the heck is going on?

Press the ~ button and make sure your Team chat box is checkmarked.

Team chat is checked, you're all good. If it's off, the light blue text of group chatter won't appear. Simple as it is stated.
