According to weapon mod pricing, defensive head is 4k and enchanting wrapping is too low to even merit a price suggestion. So I suppose it'd depend on the casting speed. What's the max chance % for casting speed those days? If 10%, this thing could be worth something. If 20%, most players would probably look for something else with higher chance %
