Lvl 20 Attributes

I made it to level 20, however the game states that I have earned 170 of 200 total Attribute points....

Do i have to do the Ascension quest in order to get my last 30? or is this some kind of sick glich?

You get a quest from destinys gorge. I cant remember the exact name.

so, is that a yes?

I get 30 more points after Ascension?

I don't know about that...yes you will get more SP's from Ascension, but you can earn SP's if you play PVP. When you hit 20 your xp bar should continue to raise and when it would normally give you a level it should give you a SP instead.

I don't know if the above information is 100% correct seeing that I am only level 15, but I did play in the BWE's and thats how it worked when I played those...

you are talking about skill points, he is talking about attribute points.
reiterating, there is a quest that you get in destinys gorge in the desert which well send you to another npc which will give you the 15 attribute points quest.

There's a quest in the desert that will get you 15 attribute points. There's also a quest in Droknar's Forge that you can get that will get you your last 15 points, taking you up to 200 attribute points. So basically, you get 170 from leveling to 20, and there's 30 that you acquire as quest rewards.
