an 'Ornate Bucklar' ( req 9 tactics)
+7armor vs. Piercing

I could be worth much or less, need to know.

yeah, I'd sell it to the merchant.

For future refrence a shield is excellent if it has 2 of these mods:
+ health all the time (25-30hp)
+ to a skill (20%)
-dmg

Sheilds that also have +30 hp only are quite valuable too
