I was looking for a skill that I could use to "give" my monk some needed energy. As a warrior I'm sitting there with 20 energy or so, most of which is wasted because I'm using adren skills. I'd be nice to have a spell (/w cost of 5) that allowed me to send "all (or half) of your energy" to another player.

You could go necro secondary and take BiP as your elite.

That type of skill would be extremely powerful. I don't know how they would balance that. An Ele with Energy Storage and some decent regen (or Glyph of Energy) could keep them all supplied so they wouldn't need energy managament.

It's possible but I don't see it as making it into release.

Well, as he touched upon above you have Blood is Power and Blood Ritual and I believe there's some others with similar effects, like Peace and Harmony.

In all seriousness, the best you could do for one of your Monks is to cast Balthazar's Spirit on them. Monks are always under fire in PvP, and Balth's Spirit will give them quite an infusion of energy.

You'd be much better off just protecting your Monks, though, so that they have time to work. Life Barrier / Life Bond are good maintained enchantments for this, and there are a ton of other skills that'll let you defend your favorite Monk, from shutting down their Warriors with Shadow of Fear or Blurred Vision, to bashing the Mesmer who's making them miserable with your favorite dose of caster hate.

My top 3 choices have been mentioned already: BiP & Balthazar Spirit. But if you want to help your monk, your best bet is either by throwing a life saver spell (secondary monk with protection/healing elite enchantment) or by taking some heat off him with a necro or mesmer secondary. I'd add two minor options to Charles's list: Sympathetic Visage, Enfeebling Blood.

Note that in PvE, your monk won't need much help. He's often mandatory to keep everybody alive in tough places, but he only need an occasional secondary healer in the group.
