PERFECT FELLBLADE req 8 and PERFECT LONGSWORD req 8 PRICE CHECK

hi all ^_^ can u price check this two items ???

SUNDERING FELLBLADE OF FORTITUDE

15-22 damage (req 8)
+15%damage while enchanted
+10%armor penetration (10%chance)
+30health

and

SUNDERING LONGSWORD OF FORTITUDE

15-22damage (req 8)
+15%damage when health is ABOVE 50%
+10%armor penetration (10%chance)
+30health

my 15>50 fell was PC at 700k so id say yours would be 600k as its only 15% (enchanted) long sword would be 200/250k

350k for fell,180k for longsword
