No it's not for merchants the collector's one from what i remember has only 10 or 8 energy... no idea of its value though someone better than me should know it

it is worse than the collector item, which is +27 energy +30 hp req 9 selling for 1-3k

Ok just did a quick check on collector items:
outside dunes of despair there's a collector who gives you a +12 nrg ankh with +15 nrg -1 reg and +30hp sry didnt notice that before
But it's still a gold item which makes it a more desiderable item for some players (me included): don't sell it to merchant i would advise
