List of Removable Processes

on windows if you press Ctrl + Alt + Del it comes up with a "task Manager"

there are 5 tabs on this window one is processes.

I have heard on TV that you can turn some of these off to increase the speed of your computer. i was wondering if any1 knows a link to a website with this information or if the person actually knows the info to plz post it here i will edit this post when answers are posted

Whyen looking at your processes you want to look at which ones are using the most cpu and memory. after idewntifying the process and making sure you know what it is you can choose to end the process therefor freeing up what it was using... do not forget that your processes can be using more ra,m than what u have by using your virtual memory
