Can't connect to ArenaNet - Guild Wars Guru archive powered by Guild Wars Legacy

I just got the game and it says I cannot connect to ArenaNet when I run the game. I have a D-Link DI-624 router and my firewall is turned off. Any suggestions?

So you are saying the internet normally works fine though? Are you trying to connect through a proxy? Who is your internet provider? Are you using dial-up?
