Lightning dmg 6-28 Req 10 Axe Mastery
Enchantments Last 17% Longer
Dmg +17% While Health Is Below 50%

Can anyone help? Is it vendor food should I salvage or should I sell and If I do sell how much?

salvage for enchantmet upgrade

Sell for 2-5k. 17% enchantment upgrade is probably worth 5k max if you can even manage to sell it.

I wouldnt salvage, would take a long time to find a buyer for a 17%, I would sell as ancientpc said for 2-5k.
