What is a good mez build thats not me/w??

i have been looking for a good mez build for awile but all they have is me/w and i dont want to have that so i was wondering if anyone knew a good build for a mez thx.

P.S. i dont want an ati-caster to srry

1. me/w aren't that good imo
2. mesmers are anti-something most of the time... be more spesific...
3. use the search button next time.

And decide if you want it for PvE or PvP. Big difference.

Mesmers are predominately anti-casters, but if you want to hurt warriors and rangers you could use spells like Energy Surge [e], Energy Burn, shatter enchantment, cry of frustration (for signets), arcane conundrum [e], conjure phantasm, spirit shackles, ineptitude [e], clumsiness, etc...

Just remember that you're only there for support, especially if you're targeting warriors and rangers.

Good luck making a mesmer that only kills warriors and rangers.
