Full stats:

Summit Warlord Shield
Armor: 16 (req. 11 Tactics)
Received damage -2 (while enchanted)
Received damage -2 (while in stance)

Also, does anyone know if the modifiers stack when both conditions are met?

they do stack, so if you have mending on lets say, then you werre to use flurry, you woudl then have -4 dmg, and imo shield 15-20k

yes, i'd say about the same too, although the req's are a bit too high for my taste. sell it to w/mo farmers, they'd love that.
