2x15 attribute points quests

I've done the one in droknar and now i cant find the second one. I heard it was in Augury rick but i dont see it there.
Anyone knows where it is?

its not at aurgury rock, you walk to exit at the north entrance with a team or henchies and head south east. hes a lil snake guy who you talk to, should be too hard to find. i would get u a map but i gtg .
