Selling Guild Halls

I am not posting a sale. I need to know if what I am intending to do is ok.

A little background. I started my guild because I wanted to have a group of players that played strictly Pve. We have recently merged all but 2 members into a friend of mines guild. One of my officers and I will go last.

facts;
1. Our guild has only played 1 GvG match (without my permission) and lost that match . So we have 1 loss.
2. All of our members (15 players) have been transfered to the other guild. No one is left behind. (except me and my officer)

If I want to sell the guild and I guess guild hall, is this legitimate?
Also I understand the possibility of being scammed. I am not after scamming anyone, however I have read several horror stories.
If this is ok to do what is the best way to go about it?
Need your input.

Ps. I am fairly new to the forum thing. Please forgive me if I have broken any rules.

The only way to do it here on these forums is to come over to the sell forums and use either myself or MCS as a moderator in the trade. The potential buyer will give me the money for the hall and you will either promote myself or him to leader. Once that happens I will give you his gold.

Feel free to check the thread we've stickied in the sell forum about trades over 100k. We have many feedbacks on the trades we do so trusting us is not an issue.

You could of course just move on. Sigils are only 20-25k now and selling a pre-used hall your only looking at getting maybe 20k if your lucky.
