Also, about what would it be if it had a 10/10 sundering or furious hilt instead of a vamp.

Salvage for mods. 20% pommel is worth 30-50k, 3/1 vamp hilt is 10-15k.

The sword as is would be worth 10-15k to someone looking to salvage for 20% pommel anyway.
