Any weapon that does not have max stats needs to be merchanted. Any max damage purp or gold without a damage modifier is worth 1k-2k max.

Sell all blue items except for Fiery Dragon Sword. That's worth 1k.

That's way too much stuff. Frankly I would merchant everything but A1, O2, C1, ST1, and all the swords.

how much would your figure "A1, O2, C1, ST1, and all the swords" are worth?

A1 merchant, salvage ST1, try to sell SW1, the 2 caster items he mentioned are onyl worth a few thousand gold.
