I'm pretty sure a lot of people have that "rare" focus item. Hell I found one and stuck it in my storage just the other day. I think I'm going to sell it to the merchant though, I don't want it. It's only purple with some stuff I can't remember though.

it's not super rare, they drop regularly, usually in the southern shiverpeaks.

it's a bit like that "cup"-type monk offhand that drops in UW, just another skin for the same stuff

With those mods and the skin, I think it still is rare but not "SUPER RARE".

Well, I don't have it anymore, but I found a fire artifact once that had req 7 +12 energy, +43 hp while enchanted...and that was really nothing special...but that's a decent fire artifact, just common for a rare if that makes any sense...BUT the skin I don't think is as common...cuz of the eyeball thing..

yes they drop in certain area's
eg: the "wooden storm bow" (its a horn bow)I find these really common from the white mantel within the southern shiverpeaks...theres a bow I have yet to figure out its a "long bow" but looks like a deadbow; maybe they drop them I dunno.
"cup" focus item from the creatures of UW...
oops almost forgot the mursaat skin of the "horn bow" only droped by mursaat(i hope thats how you spell it)

Mine I belive was more redish... didnt look like that one in the picture...
