i dont kno if i would want to put those perfect mods on it, unless you were gonna use it, i dont kno , maybe 60-90k, with the mods, pry 100-120

ecuse me if im a little low, but isnt -10 practically th worst penalty?, i mean beside -1 nrgy regen i would have to say its the worst imo, who know, maybe im slackin on my pc's lately, anywho, sry for the lowball!
