Elementalist Attunements?

If you have Elemental Attunement and Fire Attunement, will those two stacking giving you back an incresed amount of energy?

Personaly haven't tested it but i did read a post saying that they do indeed stack. Here is the thread

yep, each one will give you back 30% of the energy cost of any skill you use. Because of rounding, the amount you end up paying for a given spell is slightly non-intuitive.

5 energy spells would cost 3, 10 energy spells would cost 4, 15 energy spells would cost 5, and 25 energy spells would cost 11 with double attunement up.

Nice, its just like Expertise, except instead of putting a strain on your skill points, you're putting a strain on your skill bar.

holy gosh!!! where can i get the fire or elemental attunement! this thing is TOOO useful!!!

ANYONE KNOW WHERE EITHER FIRE OR ELEMENTALISTS ATTUNEMENT IS? I just found AIR attunement, so I cant believe they make us wait until ascension... that sucks if so!
