PC Storm Bow 15% vs Hexed, Shadow Bow 20<50, Sephis 12^50

1) Not being max damage hurts it, but I think most people would miss that fact.

does 14-28 really make that much of a difference while using the weapon or is it more of a bargaining point for trading? i mean honestly, how many times do you actually do minimum damage if you meet the req of the item? and the more points you have in the required attribute, the higher the dmg, right?

What's the difference between req 8 and req 10? 14>50 and 15>50? Pretty much nothing in game. Price wise? Ooogles of money.
