Are magmus arm hammers rare? worth anything?

I have a Max Gold Sundering (8%) Magmus Arm of Enchanting(17%)
has a 13 req
and 15% health <(below) 50%

i know this one isn't great, but are Arm hammers rare in general?

i dont think thye are worth much , maybe just for name a collecter might like one, btu it would have to be perfect
