Fairly normal TF hammer build.... i run a simmilar one with a few changes.

10 beast
swap wild for a 10 sec long warriors cunning and have a 9 sec tigers fury (think its still 8 secs at 9 attrib, could be wrong though)
I find cunning is almost nescesary with all the aegis/wards/gaurdianing etc going on, though wild is nice too. So long as you have full adren when rushing a monk that doesnt have support on his team.. hes almost certainly going to die to the combo if timed right, though charging adren though evasion is a pita. Occasionally i switch in irresistible blow for mighty blow if i get annoyed enough (and would prolly set like that in any tombs/gvg match... easeir on enegy in CA/TA to hope for a lone monk to pick on so far fewer evasion issues).

take hammer bash over heavy blow. If Devastating misses your screwed and without TF you can't really "spike" with the hammer so cunning's out. btw frenzy is better than TF as it can be kept up

Also, if the target dies during the knockdown chain (after Devastating Hammer) you can knock someone else down right away if you take Hammer Bash. Can't do that with Heavy Blow unless someone else applies the Weakness and that's iffy at best.
Frenzy > TF if you're good.

the devastating->crushing->heavy combo i have preached since forever is widely being used in 4v4 and tombs by many hammer warriors now with indisputable results: it gives your combo the extra punch to make it a lethal spike
anything short of a 1/4s spell (better be something good too like a boon rof) in between crushing and heavy and you'll be dead

If a skill combo works for fighting idiots, fine, but I prefer fighting using a more guarunteed setup rather than an all or nothing build...

Well you will mend deep wound if you get the chance but the weakness will still be upon you. Anyway the weakness is secondary on a monk its the knockdown, it also works nice against warriors.

Anyways you being a w/n and talking garuntees (New Orleans accent)must have Rigor mortis, like that cant be disrrupted or heavens forbbid removed, or have hexes become unremovable.
Also some one sayed frenzy is better than tigers fury to use if you are good
