Necro mana degen build

Helo im a N/Me and i was wondering would mind wrack be effective if i use wither and ether lord at the same time?? please give me suggestions on how to improve this build

I'm guessing this is a PvP build. The thing is, Thats all it is. Energy removal. There is like only one damage spell in there, and as soon as the enemies energy drops to 0, what are you going to do? try and start again? I don't think you'd have the energy to do that after casting all those spells. Also, if the opponent uses something like ether lord themselves, then your a pretty much screwed about what your're going to do with that build. You need a bit more damage in there I think.

Ether feast is also sort of a last second sort of spell to use in PvP. Usually, if you are casting Ether feast, that means you are taking concentrated damage (you are a squishy after all). By the time you finish casting ether feast, you'll usually have taken more damage then you have healed for (especially with only 7 in inspiration magic). It has its uses in PvP and PvE, but you'd need more in inspiration to really make it worth while.
If you want a defensive spell, something like distoration would probably work better at just keeping you alive for longer. Then just rely on monks (and hope for them in CA) for healing.
I also agree with Bale that more damage is needed in this build. It could be useful in the right team, but in CA you are really going to have to luck out with the right team to be able to use this build effectively.
