As the title says, I WTB a truncheon or fire wand; here are the stats I am looking for:
necro
Max dmg (req. doesnt matter as long as its blood)
energy +5>50% or +15 -1 regen.
*any other stats are acceptible as long as +5>50% or +15 -1 is included*

ele

I am buying from whoever is IMO selling at a reasonable price (not buying both, only need one of them), my price limit is not stated for now
