energy below health is not the most desirable but considering its a high % recharge I would say MAYBE 15-20k, not positive on items that are far from imperfection...but if you do plan to sell for that amount which might be low or high then I would let people offer then negotiate with them.

the main difference between the 2 are that his wand is
10/9% for ALL skills, and yours is only fire specific 20%, it is 1% from perfect and worth tons to the right buyer. not sure that it would be 100k tho, maybe half that???
