Driver issue?

An estimated ten minutes into playing Guild Wars, my monitor shuts off saying "No Signal Input" and I have to restart my computer. At first I thought my monitor was crapping out because of its old age, so I went out and bought a brand new one. However, the problem persisted. So I figured it must be a driver issue. I'm running the game on a Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB. Updating the drivers didn't work, so I tried installing old drivers (Catalyst 5.1, 5.5, 5.7) and the problem still persists! I've run out of ideas.

There isn't any dust in there. I cleaned it out before and after this started happening. I used to have this problem with all of my games, now it's just Guild Wars. Counter-Strike Source, Call of Duty, and Half-Life 2 all seem to run fine now that I've installed Catalyst 5.1.

EDIT:

I installed the latest Omega drivers to see if that would help any. The monitor still lost its signal, but it came back on to show me the image I have attached. I was able to close out of GW using ctrl+alt+delete , but I still need to restart my computer because it put it in some kind of weird rendering mode and won't return back to normal without a restart.

Maybe you've seen this before?
