assuming this is max dmg, 150k and upwards b/c req 7 max axes with perfect mods are about non-existant.

Yep, if its max...I would think well above 200k, because no one (or not me) has seen a req 7 axe thats max

All those PC's are quite high. I'd say 100-150k.

Somebody was obviously using this as their farming axe...

id0l is right. People always PC high but when it comes time to sell.. people who could afford that would rather just get a nice chaos. Reason why I jumped on your offer :P
