Not really...it sucks. HoD is worth something because you can add an enchant pommel etc. to it. This is no better than a semi-decent offhand...worse in fact.

I would hope its a joke :P. I mean there is an offhand in Manoon Lagoon that is 10x better than this, +5 Armor, +10 Energy, +45 Health (Enchanted)... Yes, I know.. Its sad
