District Selection

My proposal could sound strange, but i think it's not difficult to implement.

I just wanted to select language and district in 2 separate way.

I mean, i would like to be able to select my game in english and autoselect italian or international district.

It's a bit boring when you use map movement to be forced to go first in the eng district then hope that there is an italian player in the ita one and meet there.
I've many italian friends (as i'm italian myself) but i usually play with the english version of the GUI because i love to use english names for skillz/places.
