PC max hammer, 12>50

I got a hammer here, it looks like a rams hammer but its called "giant slayer's hammer"

anyway it's max, req 12, +12>50

i was wondering what its worth, because of the mod. also, i'd like to know if its at all rare that its called "giant slayer's hammer." i haven't seen one before i dont think
