Isn't it annoying to buy some armour, wear it and then think: "oh, wait this looks crap", and you've just spend whatever amount of money. There should be an option to wear the clothes before you buy them. I think the easiest way to implement it would be to have a window pop up with you in it, much like the inventory.

Now onto dyes. When you mix two dyes together, shouldn't you get two uses instead of one? So you mix two dyes together, and instead of 1 bottle of the new dye, two bottles of the new dye.

And this isn't really that good a suggestion but going through the missions (as most will know) for a 3rd, 4th time is tedious, so have some sort of mission skip. Not perhaps so drastic as that but something like it, I can't be bothered to think right now .

This has been discussed a numerous amount of times. Reference "barber shops" and things that let you "preview" armor and dyed armor, hairstyles, and whatnot.
