Cannot find the Elementalist spell "Lightning Orb"

The skill guide at this site says its available in Ascalon City and Yak's Bend, but I've done every skill quest and visited every skill trainer up to yaks, and none of them have it

I just need 1 more lightning DD before I can switch from pyromancer to aeromancer

The Skill locations guide here is out of date. You won't find Lightning Orb until the Maguuma Jungle somwhere ( I can't remember where right now, in one of the outposts I think)
