I'm wondering if you use life barrier, which effectively cuts damage in half what will happen if you slap on life bond?
It cuts damage in half and distributes a portion of it to the caster after damage reduction.
My question is essentially is, when Life Barrier cuts damage in half, does Life Bond take damage from that just reduced damage or is it figured seperately?

Ok, so I haven't tested this so it's purely theoretical, but here's what I'd expect to happen given how the rest of the game works:

Whenever your friend takes damage, the two enchantments will be checked in LIFO (last in, first out) order. They'll then work on whatever damage they happen to find. So if you cast Life Bond first, then Life Barrier, Life Barrier would first halve all damage taken, then Life Bond would redirect half of the damage that's left over to you. If you cast them in reverse order, you'd have half damage redirected to you, then the leftover damage would be halved.

So you want to cast Life Bond first, then Life Barrier - that results in 1/4 damage for your target, and 1/4 damage dealt to you before being reduced.

Ok here's another question that was spawned by the previous. Suppose you'd get 8 Elmos and they'd all cast Life Bond on each other, would the damage be chained/halved to every player in the team ? This would be terribly effective since any damage you would receive would be halved, then reduced, then halved, etc... I'm assuming it doesn't from the way I've seen the game work though.

The damage from life bond is physical, and will trigger anything pysical damage will, apart from itself. So no widescale distribution of damage
